Jamie Aquilina
Founder & U8 Lead Coach
Jamie is the founder of JDA Coaching and a UEFA C qualified coach with over six years of experience. Alongside leading JDA, he also coaches within the Fulham FC Pre-Academy, giving him valuable insight into professional academy standards and player development pathways.
He has led teams in fixtures against professional academies including Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United, Arsenal, Brentford and many more, bringing a high level of detail, knowledge and inspiration into every session.
His coaching focuses on developing confident, technically strong and intelligent players within a positive, high-energy environment where every player is challenged to reach their full potential.
Molly Ufton
Next Gens & Girls Programme Lead
Molly is a passionate coach with experience across grassroots and academy football, working with players of all abilities to build confidence and technical ability. With a background in Sports Science and personal training, she brings a strong focus on both development and performance.
Tommie Humphries
Academy/Tech Centre Coach
Tommie is a detail-focused coach who specialises in developing individual players, helping them understand the game and reach their full potential. His sessions are designed to challenge players, improve decision-making and maximise development.
James Lenaghan
Academy/Tech Centre Coach
James is a passionate, high-energy coach who drives standards and intensity in every session. His attention to detail and demanding approach push players to improve, building confidence, discipline and strong habits.
Joe Hill
GK Lead Coach/Safehands GKA Owner
Joe leads the JDA Goalkeeping Programme through Safehands GKA, bringing specialist expertise and dedicated goalkeeper development to our players. His sessions focus on technical detail, positioning and confidence, providing goalkeepers with the tools to excel in their position.
Robbie Aquilina
U7 Academy Lead
Robbie is an energetic and relatable coach with experience across grassroots and academy football, including fixtures against Fulham and Brighton. He creates a positive environment where players feel confident, motivated and ready to improve.
Jack Illsley
Academy/Tech Centre Coach
Jack is a highly organised coach with experience in professional environments, including Reading. Known for his detailed planning and clear coaching, he delivers structured, engaging sessions that help players develop with purpose.
Joe Morris
Tech Centre Assistant Coach
Joe is an enthusiastic assistant coach who provides individual support to players during sessions, helping them stay confident, engaged and progressing. He plays an important role in ensuring every player receives the attention they need to develop.
