All of our coaches are FA qualified, with our Academy Lead Coaches all holding a UEFA C License at least, and bring extensive experience coaching at the highest levels of youth football. With a proven track record in developing players in competitive environments, including Junior Premier League and professional academy fixtures, they provide expert guidance, technical insight, and tactical knowledge. Their dedication ensures every session is challenging, professional, and supportive, helping players reach their full potential while fostering a love for the game.

Jamie Aquilina
Founder
Jamie is a highly experienced and passionate football coach with a UEFA C Licence. With six years of experience in the Junior Premier League (JPL), he knows the league inside out and has guided young players through competitive, development-focused environments. Jamie has also coached his teams in fixtures against numerous professional academies, including Chelsea, Manchester City, Arsenal, Brentford, Southampton, and many more, bringing a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and inspiration to every session.

Molly has been passionate about sport from a young age, and football quickly became her true calling. At 16, Molly earned her FA Level 1 Coaching qualification. Since then, she has coached both boys and girls, from grassroots to academy levels, helping players of all abilities develop their skills. In addition to her coaching experience, Molly is a certified personal trainer with a degree in sports science, allowing her to combine technical coaching with a strong focus on fitness and conditioning.

Ryan is a UEFA C qualified coach with many years of experience in youth football, including grassroots development. Known for his energy and passion, he brings 100% to every session, ensuring that training is engaging, fun, and inclusive for all players. At the same time, Ryan maintains the high standards he sets for himself, helping every child develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game.

Robbie’s football journey started early, with a love for the game sparked at just two years old. He joined his local grassroots team at six and has been part of the club ever since, growing through the ranks as both a player and a coach. At 16, he earned his FA Level 1 Coaching Qualification in 2024, and has since coached across grassroots and academy levels — including matches against top academies like Fulham and Brighton. Robbie also supports after-school clubs and holiday camps, sharing his passion and knowledge with the next generation of players.
