JDA Coaching was founded with a simple goal: to provide young players with the best possible environment to develop their football skills, confidence, and love for the game. From the very beginning, we have created a professional, high-quality coaching brand that supports players of all abilities - whether emerging talents or advanced competitors - while remaining accessible and affordable for families.

At JDA, we offer a complete pathway for ambitious players. Our Academy caters to advanced players competing in the Junior Premier League, providing elite coaching, high-level matches, and exclusive opportunities such as showcase games at professional and Premier League clubs. Meanwhile, the Technical Centre gives players of all abilities the chance to refine their skills, from ball control and passing to dribbling and finishing, with expert coaching and small-group attention.

ELITE YOUTH
FOOTBALL COACHING
At JDA Coaching, we’re dedicated to helping every young player improve their game in a professional, high-quality environment. Whether nurturing emerging talent or developing foundational skills, our sessions are designed to challenge, inspire, and build confidence, with a focus on technical ability, tactical understanding, and teamwork. We operate from three state-of-the-art centres, providing accessible and safe spaces for players to grow.
Our comprehensive football programme includes Junior Premier League Academy teams, Technical Centre sessionsfor skill development, Next Gens programmes for advanced training, as well as private group sessions, school club partnerships, and even birthday party football experiences. Across all our sessions, we strive to unlock each player’s potential while keeping the joy of football at the heart of everything we do, helping young players develop both on and off the pitch.
JUNIOR PREMIER LEAGUE TEAMS
Our Junior Premier League Academy teams provide a professional, fun, and development-focused environment for young players aged U7 and U8. At JDA, we focus on building technical skills, teamwork, and a love for the game from an early age. Each session is carefully designed to challenge players while keeping the experience enjoyable, helping them develop confidence on and off the pitch.

With dedicated coaches, structured training programmes, and opportunities to compete in the Junior Premier League, our Academy ensures that every child has the support and guidance to reach their full potential while enjoying the journey of football. Meet our coaches
Jamie Aquilina
Founder & Head Coach
Football has been a passion of Jamie’s for as long as he can remember. Having first kicked a ball at just 18 months old, it was clear the game was in his blood. After 12 years of playing grassroots football, Jamie discovered a new love for the sport through coaching in 2021 - and has quickly established himself as one of the county’s most promising young coaches.

Starting out in grassroots development, Jamie’s talent for inspiring and improving players was soon recognised, leading to opportunities within academy football. Since then, he has led teams against some of the biggest professional academies in the country, including Manchester City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Bournemouth, Southampton, Watford, Brentford, and Fulham.

Dedicated to his own development as much as that of his players, Jamie earned his FA Level 1 Coaching Award in 2021and has since completed his UEFA C Licence. His coaching style blends technical detail, tactical awareness, and creativity, always delivered with an emphasis on enjoyment, confidence, and teamwork.
