The Girls Development Centre isn't an add-on to the boys' programme – it's a dedicated environment built specifically around girls' football, with its own investment, coaching attention and direction.
It's a place to build real friendships and belonging alongside genuine technical development, as a growing group of girls trains together every week. And it's the start of something bigger: a long-term girls pathway JDA is actively building towards.
This is only the beginning.
The Girls Development Centre is the foundation of what we're building at JDA. As the programme grows, our ambition is to create a dedicated Girls Academy environment for players ready for more – with increased training opportunities and, ultimately, JDA girls teams competing in matches.
