Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 22 August 2026

These terms apply when you book a trial, enquire, create an account, or book a paid camp or Performance Programme place with JDA Coaching (“we”, “our”, “us”), operated by Jamie Aquilina (sole trader), 33 Chertsey Road, Ashford, Middlesex, TW15 1SR. By booking with us or creating an account, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

This is a plain-English summary of how we operate – it hasn’t been reviewed by a solicitor. If anything here is unclear, email info@jdacoaching.co.uk before you book and we’ll happily explain.

1. Bookings and payments

Paid bookings (holiday camps and Performance Programme blocks) are taken online through Stripe, our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed – a place is held for a short window while you complete checkout, but isn’t guaranteed until payment goes through. Prices are shown in GBP and include any bundle discounts or valid promo codes applied at checkout.

2. Who can book, and parental responsibility

Bookings, trial enquiries and account creation must be made by the parent or legal guardian of the player, who is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for the player’s conduct during sessions. If you’re booking on behalf of a child who isn’t yours, you confirm you have the parent or guardian’s permission to do so.

3. Player, medical and emergency information

You’re responsible for giving us accurate, up-to-date information about the player – including date of birth, medical conditions, allergies, and a valid emergency contact – at the time of booking. Please let us know as soon as possible if any of this information changes before a session. We rely on this information to keep your child safe; incomplete or inaccurate information may affect our ability to respond appropriately in an emergency.

4. Behaviour and safeguarding

We expect players, parents and guardians to treat coaches, staff, other players and families with respect. We take safeguarding seriously and follow safe coaching practice at all sessions. JDA may, at its discretion, decline a booking or ask a player or parent to leave a session where behaviour puts the safety or wellbeing of others at risk. If you have a safeguarding concern, please raise it directly with Jamie Aquilina at info@jdacoaching.co.uk.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, refunds and credits for paid bookings are handled under our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. If JDA needs to cancel or reschedule

Occasionally we may need to cancel, relocate or reschedule a session – for example due to weather, venue availability, or coach illness. Where this happens, we’ll let you know as soon as reasonably possible. What you’re entitled to in this situation (a replacement session, credit, or refund) is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Photography and media consent

Consent to photograph or film your child, and separately, consent to use those images for promotional or marketing purposes, are handled independently from these terms – you’re asked for each separately when you book, and you can change your mind at any time by emailing info@jdacoaching.co.uk. See our Privacy Policy for how photos and video are used and stored.

8. Website accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Creating a website account doesn’t by itself enrol a player in any session or programme – bookings are separate. We may suspend or close an account where these terms are breached, or where we reasonably believe an account is being misused.

9. Pricing and payment errors

We try to keep pricing accurate, but if a genuine pricing or payment error occurs (for example a technical fault causes an incorrect amount to be charged), we’ll correct it – either by refunding the difference or, where a price was clearly displayed incorrectly, by contacting you before treating any booking as confirmed at the wrong price.

10. Our liability

We take reasonable care in delivering our coaching sessions and in operating this website. We don’t exclude or limit our liability for anything that can’t lawfully be excluded or limited, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Beyond that, we aren’t liable for losses that weren’t a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

11. Contact details

JDA Coaching is operated by Jamie Aquilina (sole trader), 33 Chertsey Road, Ashford, Middlesex, TW15 1SR. For anything related to these terms, a booking, or a cancellation, email info@jdacoaching.co.uk or call 07577 755664.

12. Relationship to our Privacy Policy

These terms cover the commercial relationship between you and JDA Coaching. How we collect, use and protect your personal data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms by reference.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time – for example as we add new types of booking. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continuing to book with us after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
