The Technical Centre isn't a lower tier of Academy – it's the same JDA coaching standard, applied to the individual rather than the team. Players are grouped by ability, not age or squad, so every session is pitched at exactly the right level.
That makes it open to players of any ability, each challenged appropriately for where they're at right now – a natural complement to Academy training for players already in a squad, and just as valuable on its own for those who aren't.
